Don’t be afraid to say hello and introduce yourself.🌟Ask how to help! Asking what kind of support you can offer encourages accountability and and encourages self control.🌟Get out! Inviting someone to go for a walk, getting out in nature helps promote wellbeing and encourages conversation.🌟Get involved in community!
